Review ofLas Villas Del Norte
4.1

Las Villas is a clean safe friendly community with a good staff team. They do have a lot of fun activities like ice cream socials, painting classes and other fun things throughout the week, but our loved one has mild dementia and we thought the staff would encourage our loved one more or just do friendly reminders. They have a great cable package with so many different channels so the residents just have to continuously flip through channels to find what they are looking for. When we moved our loved one in there was no orientation or packet to refer back to on so we had to learn everyone ourselves. We had to learn about the shuttle service and scheduling appointments, we had to learn the laundry service and the dining service. It would be nice if there was just something to get us started. The dining room is undergoing remodeling and is closed off so the food is being delivered to the rooms and overall even with the meals sometimes being a hit or miss our loved one thinks they are good.
