All of the residents seem to be happy. They are friendly. The residents seem to have some turnover. The staff is consistent. Pick up for food could be more consistent on direction for orders. You have to kind of guess when the food was ready. You have to look for a cart to know if the food is ready for pickup. I would prefer the cart.
