What stuck out to my mother the most about The Arbors was the overall feeling we got when walking it, it was definitely the most homey and comfortable place that we saw and it is a smaller community. She has a 1 bedroom deluxe room so it is plenty big enough for her things. So far things have worked out pretty well and we would recommend them to other families.
Read moreDue to our loved one constant falling - to no fault of the community, she spent a lot of time away from Brookdale. However during her stay we thought all the staff were extremely responsive to her needs. Anytime there was an issue or another fall they would call us immediately to let us know what happened and how serious the situation is. We appreciated that they brought her down to the meals to mingle with the other residents. The staff were just super friendly and we felt very happy and safe having her there.
